Ms. Julianne K. Kayonga has served as Starbucks FSC Regional Manager since 2016. She previously worked with ACDI/VOCA Rwanda on food security initiatives and consulted on environmental impact assessments for USAID projects. She also served as a Rural Finance Specialist for USAID Rwanda. Julianne holds a Master’s in Natural Resources Development and a Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from Texas A&M University, as well as a Law degree from the National University of Rwanda.
