Ms. Maitum is a highly accomplished Human Resource leader with over two decades of strategic experience driving organizational transformation and enhancing employee well-being. Her expertise spans change management, strategic planning, process re-engineering, job evaluation, talent acquisition, and labor relations. She has held influential roles in leading organizations such as World Vision Uganda, UAP Old Mutual, KPMG Uganda, and AAR Health Services. Ms. Maitum holds an Executive MBA, a Post-Graduate Diploma in HR, and a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is also a chartered HR professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD Avado – UK), further strengthening her strategic impact on human capital development.
