NCBA Bank today hosted customers from their Eastleigh branch located in Business Bay Mall, for a business engagement forum aimed at fostering closer relationships with its customers.

The NCBA Eastleigh branch was opened on 6th June 2023, and has experienced a remarkable onboarding traction, with a current customer base of 1,100 individuals and businesses. The bank has also registered increased performance in forex revenue, achieving a monthly revenue of 19 million, a significant improvement from last year’s 30 million within 6 months of opening.

Serving an average of 3,000 customers per month, the NCBA Eastleigh Branch has actively improved transaction volumes, reaching KSH 1.5 billion monthly. Notably the bank has attracted new-to-bank customers, owed to the establishment of the branch in the area.

In terms of lending, NCBA Bank has disbursed loans totaling 50M, primarily focusing on Asset Finance to support various sectors of the economy.
