Manager Physical Security

The Manager, Physical Security is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational
oversight of the Bank’s end-to-end physical security framework. The role safeguards people,
assets, information, and operations across all branches, and offices by designing, implementing,
and continuously enhancing an integrated security ecosystem. This includes oversight of 24/7
control room operations, management of outsourced service providers, guard force of over
300 personnel and electronic security systems, coordination of crisis response and business
continuity measures, and direction and oversight of investigations into security incidents,
including fraud, theft, asset loss, policy breaches, and other security-related events. The role
ensures that the Bank maintains a secure, compliant, and resilient operating environment while
driving operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and cost optimization through innovation and
disciplined execution.
