The position is
responsible for executing the Bank’s strategy in Commercial and Business Banking Segments
effectively and efficiently to meet targets and grow the business by identify new opportunities,
retaining and growing existing business relationships and maintaining profitable relationships
with existing customers.
The segments are defined as follows.
o Commercial Clients are large business with turnover above Kes. 500m p.a. and above;
that do not fall within the target market or definition of Corporate Banking
o SME segment comprises clients with turnover above Kes. 36m – Kes. 500m p.a. or any
client below Kes. 36mn with a working capital facility with NCBA
o Go Business segment are all other business clients with turnover below Kes. 36m p.a. or
without a (WC) borrowing relationship with NCBA
