Kampala, May 24, 2024- NCBA Bank is proud to announce the opening of its new branch in the Namanve Industrial Business Park. Developed by the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA), Namanve Industrial Park, is a thriving hub for manufacturers and home to some of the largest manufacturing firms including Coca-Cola and Rwenzori Mineral Water. The park is also home to a variety of factories, warehouses, distribution centres and other business centres.

The new branch aims to fill the gap in the underserved area. Despite being a crucial zone for manufacturers and other enterprises, Namanve Industrial Park has been inadequately served by financial institutions, with only one commercial bank currently operating within the park. NCBA Bank’s entry offers a pipeline of innovative banking solutions and services tailored to meet the needs of local businesses.

The industrial park houses businesses engaged in manufacturing and storage. NCBA Bank intends to support these enterprises through its diverse range of products and services including asset financing, mortgage financing, credit facilities, trade finance and foreign exchange services.

The new branch is positioned to cater to both traditional customers who prefer in-branch services and digital natives who favour online banking.
