The Regional Payments Manager is a tactical execution role responsible for driving the adoption, performance, and operational excellence of retail payment solutions within an assigned region. The role ensures effective rollout, utilization, and optimization of payment channels including merchant acquiring, cards, mobile banking, agency banking, billers, ecommerce, and tills at branch and merchant level.
The position acts as the link between strategy and execution, translating the payments strategy into actionable regional plans, driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, ensuring compliance, and supporting frontline teams to deliver consistent, highquality payment services.
