To bridge this gap, NCBA has partnered with Motif Di Don to introduce Elev8 LIVE — a platform designed to discover, mentor, and scale new music talent with the financial and non-financial support they need to thrive. 

Through our NCBA Change The Story initiative, we have been proud to play a key role in supporting the creative economy. This year alone, we pledged to equip youth with mentorship and skills to unlock their full potential — backing talent across comedy, art, theatre, film, culture, and now, music. Our goal remains simple: to help creatives thrive and tell their stories boldly.
